Maja Merzihic

Underwriting Specialist

Maja is an Underwriting Specialist based out of our European Office. She is responsible for quoting, invoicing, admin, and working directly with the Lloyd’s market. She also serves as an advisor in terms of marine crew insurance and the European medical insurance market.

Maja has always worked in the insurance and financial industries. Prior to joining MHG in 2023, she worked as an Account Executive at a leading global insurance provider. Before that, she worked in Customer Service at a leading commercial insurance provider. Maja has also earned a Bachelor of Science from Arizona State University, with a major in Political Science.

In her free time, Maja researches and focuses on the sustainability of organic farming for her parents’ farm!
