CHARTERER'S LIABILITY INSURANCE can help protect yacht charterers from Third-Party Liability claims for lawsuits related to accidental death or injuries occurring onboard the yacht or resulting from watersports activities. The policy also covers damages to the hull, interior furnishings, tenders, and other equipment among others.*
