Manager, Cruise Division Administration
Sherry Wertz is the Administration Manager for the Cruise Division. Based in Fort Lauderdale, Sherry is responsible for all administrative support relating to our cruise client accounts. Her responsibilities range from census maintenance, which includes ensuring enrollments and terminations are processed timely, to invoicing and project work such as benefit collateral, renewals, market comparisons and proposals for new business and/or new clients.
Sherry joined MHG in 2016 and has a tremendous amount of cruise industry experience having worked both ashore and on board. Most recently, Sherry worked for Norwegian Cruise Line as Shore Excursion Operations Manager and comes to us directly from CTI where she worked as Senior HR Manager handling crew appointments for Norwegian Cruise Line, Royal Caribbean International, Windstar Cruises, and Apollo.
Sherry loves watching college football and is a huge Virginia Tech Hokies fan.
