Melissa Gribas is the Marketing Manager for MHG Insurance Brokers. In this role, she oversees all marketing, media relations, advertising, events, and trade shows for each of the MHG offices worldwide. Having been with the company since 2005, she has experienced many changes and MHG's exponential growth. In 2016, Melissa rolled out a new brand standard for the organization to mark the 25th year of business, including a new website and a new corporate marketing strategy.
Before joining MHG, Melissa worked in the travel industry, serving in customer relations for a major cruise line as well as an international airline. Her experience in the travel industry has given her an excellent understanding of what the MHG customer would consider to be the best experience. An avid traveler, Melissa was born in Barbados, lived in Saudi Arabia and attended school in England. She has now lived in South Florida for many years and was an integral member of the Marine Industry Cares Foundation between 2009 and 2013, during which time she co-founded the Fort Lauderdale Spin-a-Thon. She continues to support the organization and encourages other employees and friends to get involved.
Melissa loves scary movies and TV shows. She would visit Halloween Horror Nights Universal Orlando every weekend if she could.
