FORT LAUDERDALE, FLORIDA (February 17, 2017) - MHG Insurance Brokers has been recognized as one of the Best Places to Work in South Florida for the second year in a row. This program is conducted by the South Florida Business Journal, and honors the area’s leading employers that go above and beyond to create an enjoyable and meaningful work environment for employees.
Companies are judged based on the results of an employee survey which evaluates qualities such as retention, engagement, leadership and more. Results of the survey are then submitted to Quantum Workplace for analysis. Employees were encouraged to answer freely as all answers remain anonymous.
