Yousra Soltana is a Claims Specialist who focuses on providing benefits and claims support for yacht crew group clients.
Prior to joining MHG in 2024, Yousra held various customer service and team lead roles at a global medical management company, where she provided claims assistance to an international client base. Most recently, she worked as an account manager for a private aviation group headquartered in Fort Lauderdale.
Yousra is trilingual and she is fluent in English, Arabic, and French!
